Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not active right now.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 12:00 PM IST are queued the same day; after that, the next business day. Standard processing is 1–2 business days. During heavy drops, processing may extend to 2–4 business days.
Delivery Timelines (India)
Metros: 2–4 business days
Tier 1 & 2 cities: 3–6 business days
Remote/NE/J&K: 5–10 business days
Timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays and can vary by pincode and courier operations.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on pincode, weight, and running offers. Free shipping or discounted rates may be activated during select drops.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Changes
If you need to update your address or phone number, contact us before the order is packed. Include your order ID so we can move fast.
Delivery Attempts, Missed Deliveries, and RTO
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times and may contact you by phone. If the package is returned to origin due to unreachable number, incorrect address, or repeated misses, we can reship once on prepaid basis after confirming details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on pincode and cart value, and may include an additional fee. If a COD order is refused or not accepted multiple times, COD may be disabled for your account.
Preorders and Drop Releases
Preorder items ship on or after the stated drop date. If your cart has both in-stock and preorder items, the order ships together on the preorder timeline unless you place separate orders.
Split Shipments
To keep timelines tight, we may split your order into multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking links if this happens.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If something isn’t right, raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery at support@thedrip6.com with your order ID, photos, and an unboxing video if available. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Operational Delays Outside Our Control
Weather, route disruptions, strikes, or regulatory checks can cause delays. We’ll work with the courier and keep you updated where possible.
