Exchange and Return Policy

How to Start
Write to support@thedrip6.com with your order ID, issue summary, and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). Raise your request within 7 days of delivery (day of delivery counted as Day 1).

Eligibility Window

  • Size issue / wrong product received: Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged/defective on delivery: Tell us within 48 hours with photos/video so we can resolve fast.

  • Requests raised after these windows aren’t eligible.

What We Exchange

  • We’ll exchange for another size or the correct item of the same value.

  • No extra charges for a like-for-like exchange. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

  • If you choose a replacement with higher value, pay the price difference online before dispatch.

Condition of Products
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original sticker/label attached, folded correctly, and securely packed to avoid transit damage. If these conditions aren’t met, the exchange/return will not be processed.

Refunds (Limited Cases Only)

  • Refunds are offered only for genuine delivery defects (manufacturing defect/wrong item irreparable).

  • Not available for size issues or change of mind.

  • On approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method (or a bank transfer if required).

Exceptional Returns (No Defect, Correct Order Delivered)
If we approve a return as an exception, ₹100 is deducted for reverse pickup/logistics. This covers rising courier costs.

Colour & Design Variation
Minor variation in colour, print scale, or screen-to-fabric appearance can occur due to lighting and device displays. Returns/refunds aren’t possible for such slight differences.

Customer-Caused Damage
If our verification shows the defect arose from use, washing, or handling after delivery, the item isn’t eligible for exchange/refund.

At Delivery
If the outer package looks tampered/damaged, don’t accept it. Ask the courier to mark it and contact us immediately.

Limits & Exclusions

  • We may refuse returns/exchanges if the merchandise doesn’t qualify.

  • One exchange/return request per order only.

  • Any product used/washed even once cannot be exchanged/refunded.

  • Items bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds (size exchanges allowed per policy where serviceable).

  • Free exchange for size issues; no refund for size issues.
